The focus of the monthly Lightwork Classes is to establish optimally grounded and integrated bio-energetic systems. Once our systems are integrated, expansion is possible and the Light is able to go to work -to release, refine and accelerate.

Classes are attended remotely by phone. All that is needed is a comfortable place to listen and rest for 75 minutes, a phone and head set (corded headset is preferred).
