During these changing times it is essential to have a clear connection to our higher selves. A clear connection allows the higher self to provide key information in the form of intuition, inspiration and instinctive action. It provides a deeper knowing of our eternal nature while helping us to make the best choices in our day to day life.

In this class we will work with the Light and our higher selves to reknit the layer of our bio-energetic system that connects the higher self and the first energy vessel. We will open and clear the channels between the heart and brain that connect to the higher self field and open up the new pathways and support for the higher self impulses.

This event will be highly focused energy work for the majority of the class. Prepare by hydrating well beforehand and setting yourself up in a comfortable place for the 90 minutes. Ideally you would have at least 30 minutes to an hour after the class before you have to be out in the world.

Class is attended remotely via Zoom or audio.
