The expansion into a multidimensional reality is disruptive and destabilizing. We are in the midst of a process to heal, refine and re-organize our bio-energetic systems. The Team understands the challenges to our mental, physical and spiritual health and is there for on demand support when needed.

In the Circle Sheilagh teaches the intricacies of this transformational process while providing key information on how to utilize the Light Integration Team for focused healing work for each phase of the process.
As this process accelerates, members of the L.I.T. Circle will have the context and information for advanced self care and the optimization of the bio-energetic system. The information is vital for personal well being and also can be applied to supporting people around us.
Members of the Circle meet monthly on Zoom to hear the latest developments in the process. Instructions are provided on how to work with the Team to support the activity of the current phase. Ample time is open for questions.
