The Focused Light Integration are small 75 minute Lightwork classes held on Zoom. Class begins with Sheilagh answering questions and participants sharing their symptoms and experiences. The small size allows Sheilagh to provide specific attention to each participant while working with the power of the group energy. The goals of the each class center around the current challenges posed by the transformational process.
